1. About NexaTV

NexaTV ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based IPTV streaming service accessible at nexatv.co.uk. We provide access to live television channels and video on demand content through internet protocol television (IPTV) technology.

2. Eligibility

To use NexaTV, you must:

3. Free Trial

NexaTV offers a free 24-hour trial subject to the following conditions:

  • One free trial per household — additional trials are not permitted
  • The free trial provides full access to all channels and VOD content
  • No credit card is required to start a free trial
  • The trial automatically expires after 24 hours with no charge
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a free trial at our discretion

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans:

  • 1 Month — £11.99
  • 3 Months — £29.99
  • 6 Months — £39.99
  • 12 Months — £59.99

Payment terms:

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
  • Subscriptions are one-time payments — there are no automatic renewals
  • Payment must be received before service is activated
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer
  • We do not store your card details

5. Acceptable Use

When using NexaTV, you agree to:

  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not share your login credentials with persons outside your household
  • Not resell, redistribute or sublicense access to NexaTV
  • Not attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
  • Not use the service in any way that violates applicable UK law
  • Not use the service to access content in territories where it is prohibited

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will notify users in advance where possible)
  • Unplanned technical issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
  • Refunds will not be issued where the service has been used
  • Technical issues that we are unable to resolve may qualify for a full refund

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, NexaTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period in cases of termination due to breach.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
